The Hygienex® Original Bidet 2.0 has a universal design thatfits 95% of toilets world-wide.
Your toilet should have 2 screw holes that are exposed on the rim of the toilet when you take the lid off to fit the bidet attachment.
As long as your toilet has these 2 screw holes, the bidet will be able to be placed on top of the rim and adjusted to size for installation.
Does it use toilet water?
Our bidet connects directly to your water pipe and supply, meaning that the bidet uses clean and fresh water, before it ever reaches the toilet bowl
Is this a full bidet seat or an attachment?
Hygienex® Original Bidet 2.0 is a bidet attachment, not a replacement seat. It installs under your current toilet seat, keeping your bathroom exactly the same, just much cleaner
Is it hard to install?
Not at all. Installation takes about 10 minutes and requires no plumbing. Everything you need is included.
Do I need electricity or batteries?
No, the bidet is 100% water-powered using your existing water line. No electricity, no batteries and no wiring.
Is the water pressure adjustable?
Yes. You can easily control the pressure using the bidet lever, from a gentle rinse to a more powerful clean.
Is the water cold?
Yes. The bidet uses fresh water directly from your water line. Most users find it refreshing, but pressure can be adjusted for comfort
